At The Bee Fairy, we take great care in crafting and packaging our natural products. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help – within the fair terms outlined below.

Eligible Returns

We will offer a refund or exchange only in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received – you were sent the wrong product by mistake.
  • Damaged on arrival – your item arrived in a damaged condition (see below for evidence required).

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Unopened and in their original packaging

Unused and in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our handmade, natural skincare and home products, we cannot accept returns on:

Items returned without prior contact or valid proof of purchase

Opened, unsealed, or partially used products

Reporting Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number and name

A clear photo of the outer packaging

A photo of the damaged item(s)

Returning Your Item

If your return has been authorised:

  • Package the item securely
  • Include your name, order number, and proof of purchase
  • Return it to the address we provide in our return instructions

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
